As an associate consultant for the Employers Forum on Age (EFA) Judith ran age regulation workshops for members and presented at events. Clients included: Cooperative Financial Services, Cleveland Fire and Rescue, Cummins, DBM, GSK, Rolls Royce and West Midlands Police.

Judith also teaches at undergraduate and post-graduate level in the following modules: Foundations of Marketing, Marketing Dynamics, Marketing Research, Strategic Marketing and Strategy for Bradford School of Management, University of Huddersfield and Leeds Business School.

 New workshop: Savings Strikes Back

A new workshop, focused on helping financial organisations attract and retain retail savings in a competitive market place, is now available. It is based on the learning and experience gained when Judith was Head of Savings at Halifax Plc (the market leader in deposit based savings at the time).

Judith and her team's customer focused and employee engagement strategy effectively turned the business round in an intensely difficult business climate. The key points are particularly relevant to today's marketplace. The workshop is designed to be run in-house, to facilitate discussion and ideas, and can be tailored to specific client requirements.
